Morgana Beach Resort - Taba
This newly-built, spacious Resort comprises of a main building
and two annexes with a total of 300 rooms.
Location
 The
hotel is located in Taba, between Nuweiba (35 Kilometres)
and the border to Israel (17 Kilometres) and only 2 Kilometres
away from Taba Heights Resort with its 18-hole-golf course.
The hotel was constructed directly on the beach with a panoramic
view of the Golf of Aqaba. The coral reefs reach to the
water's edge and the Sinai Mountains rise impressively behind
the hotel. An absolutely fantastic location.
Transfers
The transfers between the hotel and the international airport
of Taba last about 45 minutes.
The numerous shops, banks and the various restaurants in
Taba Heights Resort are only about 10 minutes (2 km) away.
The transfer from the hotel to the jetty where the diving
boats are takes around 5 minutes.
Facilities
There are three separate swimming pools in the large grounds
of the hotel, one of which is heated and suitable for small
children
 Relax in an oriental cafe on the roof terrace above
the reception and enjoy the sun setting over the Golf
of Aqaba.
- Three
Bars (two of which are situated by the pool) and a Disco
provide for the partygoers.
- The
hotel offers regular entertainment such as Belly-dancing-shows.
- In
the near of the reception area are numerous shops and
a money-changing service.
- Sun
lounges, sun shades and bathing towels are available free
of charge both on the beach and by the pool. Fresh water
showers are also available.
Sport/Entertainment
In addition to a sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi, massages
are also available in the hotel's SPA & Fitness centre.
Apart from the 3 pools (one of which is heated!) and the
3 bars, there is also a disco for the partygoers.
Excursions
It is, of course, possible to book various one or two day
trips either through the Tour Operator or directly on site.
Choices can be made from the following Programme:

yourself be inspired by a trip to the 18 Million Metropolis
- Cairo.
- Take
a trip to Nuweiba.
- Take
a trip to Dahab.
- Combine
a visit to both the Monastery of Saint Catharine and the
Moses Mountain.
- Various
trips with the jeep, e.g. to the ''Coloured Canyon'' will
leave a lasting impression.
- Quadbike-Tours.
Restaurants
The hotel offers ''All inclusive".
The abundant buffets (breakfast, lunch and evening) in the
main restaurant cater to all desires. Soft drinks and local
alcoholic drinks during the meals are included free of charge.
The cuisine is international and varied, catering to all
tastes - from vegetarians to fish lovers.
Furthermore, the hotel's à la carte restaurant offers
a choice of delicacies.
In the Bistro snacks are available for both large and small
appetites. (Not included in the "all inclusive"
arrangement.)
In addition to the bar in the near from the bistro, the
pool bar offers various drinks and refreshments.
The Dive Center
The new diving centre in Taba - managed by Marc Nys is located
27 km north of Nuweiba and only 2 km south of the well-known
Taba Heights in the beautiful resort Charm Life Morgana.
This 5 star resort has 300 spacious rooms and offers all
the amenities expected in a luxury hotel.
Our multi-lingual team of instructors offers courses to
Barakuda (CMAS), SSI and PADI standards.
Equipment
The new diving centre is located directly on the beach and
is equipped with everything required by both experienced
divers and beginners.
Be assured, that even during the busiest season, we have
enough rental equipment for everyone.
Among our supply, following equipment is available:

wetsuits from Seeman (thickness 5 mm)

To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have a total
of 60 10 litre, 12 litre and 15 litre Aluminium tanks (DIN
+ INT valves) available, filled by our Coltrisub compressor.
That Nitrox is for free here, goes without saying.
Workshop
A well equipped workshop is also available for use by the
guests if needed, as well as a large collection of rental
equipment, which is regularly serviced by our diving team.
Privately-owned equipment
The privately-owned equipment can be left in boxes in the
diving centre and will be loaded onto the boats or jeeps
by members of our staff.
Directly in front of the hotel, only a few metres from the
diving centre is a very nice house reef.
It is unspoilt and in pristine condition. Beach dives and
the open water dives during instruction can be made here.
But experienced divers will also be impressed. It is a paradise
for underwater photographers. Here you can enjoy the underwater
world at your leisure.
Naturally, we offer good deals on diving packages. For example:
5 days Divebox Taba EUR 170,- (pre-booking price)
(First dive on the house reef with guide and up to another
14 unguided dives, max. 3 per day. Night dives are not allowed
in Taba by law).
Boat trips and dives per jeep can, of course, also be booked
on site. (See local diving prices).
Boat Trips
Our team is looking forward to showing you the beautiful
underwater world Taba has to offer. We offer trips out daily
either per boat or with the jeep. The boats visit the diving
sites in near of Farauun Island and the Fjord, while the
jeeps bring you to the diving spots to the north and south.
We offer trips to about 15 different, almost untouched diving
spots between five and thirty minutes away from the hotel.
The boat trips in the morning are usually two tank dives,
in the afternoon only one dive per boat trip.
The dives from the jeeps are usually one tank dives.
The diving trips begin at 08.30 in the morning, returning
to the hotel at about 11.30 in time to enjoy a relaxing
lunch.
The afternoon trips start at about 2.30 pm.
The diving centre is open daily from 08.00 am until at least
06.00 pm.
Safety
Oxygen, first-aid equipment and radio are available on board
the diving boats. A doctor (diving specialist) who is also
responsible for the decompression chamber is 15 minutes
away in Eilat (Israel).
Dive Instruction
First impressions of the underwater world can be obtained
during trial dives in the pool and on the house reef which
we offer regularly during the week free of charge.
After you have got the taste for it, our instructors are
happy to teach you to the international standards of Barakuda
(CMAS), SSI or PADI.
The courses take place in small groups of up to 6 pupils.
By alternating between theory and practical lessons (6 dives)
the course is less monotonous.
After successfully completing the course, each pupil receives
an internationally accepted certificate from CMAS (CMAS*)
SSI (Open Water Diver) or PADI (Open Water Diver).
If you just wish to get a feel of the underwater world of
the Red Sea, we will be happy to take you with us to a so-called
"introductory dive" which lasts between 15 and
20 minutes. Among the colourful corals, at a depth of maximal
4-5m you can experience the feeling of being in an aquatic
paradise. During this dive you will be personally accompanied
by an instructor.
Furthermore, we also offer various diving courses up to
and including CMAS*** (Gold) and/or PADI Dive Master, as
well as special courses and nitrox courses
