Flats has long been recognized as a premier scuba diving and
marine ecotourism destination. Located on Belize's Turneffe
Atoll, the largest and most biologically diverse atoll in
the Caribbean, we specialize in superior service for a limited
number of guests.
 Imagine
awakening in your air-conditioned beachfront cabin with an
incredible tropical seascape of white sand beach, tranquil
bonefish flats, lush mangroves and the surf breaking over
the reef for miles in either direction. Each morning you can
watch a spectacular sunrise from your verandah and when night
falls, the stars look close enough to touch.
We are ideally located to enjoy all of Turneffe's 250 square
miles of expansive flats, healthy coral reef and remarkably
rich marine habitat.
Over 60 dive sites around the Turneffe Atoll where divers
are within easy reach to dive the Lighthouse Atoll, the famous
Blue Hole; both dive sites are only an hour's boat ride away.
As the largest coral atoll in the Caribbean, Turneffe offers
varied underwater dive terrain of spur and groove formations,
sandy ledges and sheer walls providing spectacular dive sites
to suit every level of diver.

Facilities
 The
social center for Turneffe Flats is our air-conditioned 'Lodge'.
A pre-dinner gathering for hors d'oeuvres and refreshments
is customary, and our screened verandah is a wonderful place
to enjoy the tropical evening with new and old friends.
Breathtaking views from the upper and lower decks makes the
'Lodge' a favorite spot for visitors.

Restaurants
On site dining. Meals are a tasty combination of Belizean
and American dishes served family-style. Fresh seafood, local
produce and home-baked pastries are standard fare. Three delicious
meals are part of our vacation packages.
Accommodations
Beach Cabanas
Eight spacious, air-conditioned cabanas are located on the
beach with panoramic views of Turneffe's coral reef.
All rooms are furnished with a queen size bed and an extra-long
single bed, ample closet space, chest of drawers and a sitting
area. Each room has a large private bath with two sinks and
a shower.
 Reef
Villa
The Reef Villa is a three bedroom villa with a common living
space. Bedroom #9 has one queen sized bed, bedroom #10 has
two single beds and bedroom number #11 has has two queen sized
beds. All bedrooms have private bathrooms and the living room
space has a couch and sitting area with satellite TV and a
small kitchenette but no cooking facilities.
Garden
Villa
The Garden Villa is our newest and perhaps our nicest accommodation.
This two story concrete building has three bedrooms and a
large common area with couch, sitting areas and satellite
television on the upper level.
The lower level contains a Meeting Area, Exercise Room and
Television Room.
