offers 22, 2 Bedroom Villas which are arranged in
a horseshoe shape on the secluded tropical gardens.
Each villa is positioned in either a pool/garden setting
or on the west coast beach front. Settlers Beach villas
are tastefully decorated luxury villas, perfectly
tailored for a carefree Barbados villa holiday.
Each
villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms fitted with
hairdryers, clock radios and personal safes. Both
bedrooms boast marble ensuite bathrooms.
The
living room and dining room areas are spacious and
the kitchen is fully equipped.
The
villas are also equipped with iron & ironing boards,
washing machine/dryer and amenities for your added
convenience.

two bedroom villas come in two styles:

Single storey Barbados villas with two separate master
bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, which are connected
to the living room and kitchen area by a patio/atrium.

villas have two entry doors, front door from the parking
bay and sliding doors from the garden. Each one offering

Beach pool area is set within the central part of
the garden and is fully surrounded with lush vegetation,
creating a private and peaceful setting. The pool
is a medium size freshwater pool with an elegantly
tiled pool deck. The pool deck is furnished with tasteful
and comfortable seating and is set out to cater for
those who wish to take in every ray of sun and for
those who wish to sit in a cool spot.
Swimming
lessons can be booked prior to arrival and/or when
you arrive. The swimming lessons are facilitated by
Mr. Aubrey Corbin. Aubrey is a qualified swimming
instructor with a wealth of international and national
experience in coaching. He has a wonderful disposition
and makes learning fun.

Settlers Beach offers basic non-motorised water sports
for your convenience. The following items are available.

Beach is located right on the beach front therefore
you have access to many other water activities.
Ours Beach Captains have information pertaining to
many of these activities. Most activities have an
hourly rate for use and or set price for particular
excursions. Examples: Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Sailing,
Glass Bottom boats, Fishing, Parasailing just to name
a few.
